The Livingston Manor-Roscoe Central School District Board of Education is seeking input from the community on the future identity of the newly combined district.
As part of this process, the board is asking families and residents to participate in a ThoughtExchange survey on the matter. The link can be found at https://tejoin.com/scroll/996308761
The survey will ask participants their thoughts on the name, mascot, colors and more that will help shape the district’s identity. They will also be asked to review and rate the thoughts of others to help identify the most popular and meaningful suggestions.
The survey will be open through Thursday, March 6, in advance of the open District Name/School Mascot/Colors Subcommittee meeting.
Students will be asked to fill out their own survey during school next week.
Members of the community who wish to participate in the process for selecting the new district name, school mascot and school colors may also attend that meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 6, in the Livingston Manor auditorium, where the subcommittee will review the ideas and make recommendations for next steps shared with the full board on March 18.
